Rose Anwick castle, with wild carrot. I love this combination but I have learnt from bitter experience to remove the carrot before it goes to seed as it takes over!!!

We are very excited to announce that the Wairarapa plant fair is back on the 28th of March 😆 this is a great opportunity to buy unusual and hard to find plants from the people who grow them. 😀 it is the same format as last year with stalls and food options at both gardens. Tickets on sale soon.

It was a pity we went at the end of the Tulip season but it was lovely seeing some of the last tulips in flower. We will have to time it right to visit next time in the peonies season. Our host was excellent.
